The Academy comes out of nearly two decades on Dubai real estate floors, running sales, management and operations through good markets and hard ones. The patterns repeat: the same functions, done well or badly, decide whether a business thrives.
So we turned that into something a company can use directly: train your people to the real standard, or hand the function to us to run, or place someone who already works that way. The same standard, three ways to apply it.
