Your people learn the function to a real standard. Self-paced online modules with a test at the end of each, plus group and on-site sessions, ending in a certificate. Best when you have the people but not the skill.
Run
Our parent, The Works Group, operates the function for you, end to end, to an agreed service level. The work gets done off your payroll with reporting you can act on. Best when you would rather not build it in-house at all.
Place
The Works Group places a trained, vetted professional straight into your team. Because they came through our training, they arrive ready. Best when you need a seat filled by someone who can already do the job.
