We teach recruitment as a system, from sourcing to a first ninety days that makes people stick. It works for any industry, with a real-estate onboarding path built in.

Train

The course, module by module.

Self-paced online, with group and on-site options. Each module ends with a test, and completion earns the Academy's certificate. The titles and outcomes are below. The method itself is taught inside the course.

What is the talent loop?+

People we train become a pool we can place. So the candidates we put forward already work to our standard.

Is this real-estate only?+

No. Recruitment is open to every industry. The onboarding path simply includes the real-estate licensing route when relevant.

How does someone get certified?+

Every module ends with a test. Complete them and you earn the Academy's certificate. KHDA accreditation is a separate workstream we are pursuing.
